Looking for table. Not much choice
Customer service was appalling on my first visit. So much so that another woman saw and heard what happened and complained on my behalf. The second visit the salesman gave me a rough quote based on 19.99 sq mt with free fitting. When the man came round to measure he said that it only included free fitting when you bought a new underlay which I didnt need. The main problem was that based on the rough quote I took up the carpet! I fully accept that people make mistakes but the final price was a minimum of 200 more than I expected. Absolutely no apology whatsoever, none. Oh no we couldnt do that said by several members of staff. Thank goodness for PMC Flooring just up the road!
