We had a big load of washing to do. We had driven to another laundromat to get free parking but all the parking was blocked by workers so we drove back paid 2 which was ample time for our washing to be done. June was very friendly and helpful with giving us change even though she was busy and instructed us on how to use the machines. Washing and drying took about 1 1/2 hours. We had lunch near by and went for a stroll.
We went on a Sunday to do self-service laundry. The place is small, shabby, and unattractive. They have decorated it by hanging lost socks on a line overhead. Credit cards are not accepted, and there is no change machine, so you need to bring plenty of coins. When we were there the machine that sells washing powder was out of order, so you need to buy some elsewhere.
Top-notch service! June, the owner, is an absolute angel. I came in, post camping trip with multiple bags of washing and absolutely no clue how to use anything and she was so patient with me even though she was completely inundated with peoples washing. The atmosphere is lovely and friendly; it's no wonder the place is so busy :) I would definitely come back. 10/10
The staff are some of the most genuinely personable people I've met in a long time. My family and I brought in a suitcase of dirty clothes, inquiring if they had a cleaning service. Our clothes were cleaned and folded within hours for a very reasonable price. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you so much
I cannot recommend June and Her amazing Laundry Quarter highly enough. She is very professional, hardworking and so kind. Nothing was too much trouble. My two very expensive goose down king size duvets were laundered and dried to an extremely high standard, and it was not expensive. Such good service and value. Thank you very much June. Maggie x
