Chorus law were brilliant in dealing with our daughters estate ,, our case manager was there at the end of the phone whenever I needed him he helped to calm me down ,, we went into the unknown and I can honestly say with out chorus law we would have been in limbo big time from start to finish it took 9 months BUT there was a lot to deal with as our daughter never had a will Would I recommend CHORUS LAW YOU BET I WOULD
Please please don't use my mum was buying a sheltered place down to there delaying and bad practice she lost it 81 and homeless and they didn't give a ****. Ethnically poor practice and awful service .Disgusting service and also badly managed

Initially the company seemed reliable and keen.The service to be provided, dealing with my mother's estate, was explained clearly and methodically. However it has now been 11 months since we began the process and we have still not had proof of identity certificates returned to us. In addition we are still waiting for payment of the majority of the bequest despite the house sale being completed nearly two months ago. It has been difficult to contact the person in charge of our case and no reasonable explanation has been given regarding the delay apart from a back log of cases occurring. I am disappointed with the service that Chorus Law have supplied particularly as the cost is so high and I do not feel that their explanations have been satisfactory. They are also not members of the Law Society so there is no independent complaints procedure, something which was not made clear at the registry office which supplied their information.
