Friendly staff, delicious food!
Ordered takeaway from here last week. Food was excellent, and you get what you pay for. Price is cheaper than Thespians, but more expensive than the rest in Stratford.
The worst food and service I've had for a while! On entering the restaurant we were demanded to sit down and wait although the restaurant was clearly empty and they had plenty of empty tables. The waiter who took our order was very rude and abrupt. When the food came it was laden with onions and cold. It tasted like the chef was trying to cover the bad taste with it. When I was asked if the food was ok I had explained I could not eat the starter, curry or biryani because they had more onions than any other ingrediant to which the waiter began to argue with me. If I had the chance I would have told the chef that the food was not only bland, the spices had no real taste, the prawns tasted awful and out of the freezer, the curry should not taste sweet, the sag aloo should not be crunchy, the rice grains should not broken and a bit of salt in your food would not hurt.
Surly service & didn't accept our views when we were asked if the food was ok. Food average at best. Wouldn't recommend.
First time using this restaurant .Based on reviews . I was very please with our order, enjoyed it.Would have loved it if the meat was tender.Not to be put off we will try again when we are back in the area. I always give 3 changes ,as things dont always run smooth in a restaurant ..This was a delivery service A quite a happy customer will use againLeicester
