To - day Saturday 8th December 2018 Rec Car Park almost FULL.A glance tells me only 20 to 30 parking places to fill. Time 10.20am.This due to Xmas markets in the town centre.
Great In winter and summer. People picnicking, playing games, walking the dog or just an afternoon stroll. A lovely place beside the river and opposite the RSC. Hard paths to walk or cycle on.
Great park for the kids with sand and water area. They also loved the paddling pool on the hot day!
