Cannot praise this shop and staff highly enough,...even though I've never met them as I've ordered online! Had problems with shoes I bought last year and they were replaced with others without quibble...and the original ones repaired so I could get a little more use out of them. Lisa restores faith in good old customer care and service..will certainly return to buy again.
I first visited ShoeMed earlier this year and it made a complete change to my life having searched all over to find an orthopedic shoe supplier to help with my arthritic feet. Having had treatment from the hospital which didn't help I was left with having to wear a supportive boot which was very restrictive. My shoes with extra carbon insert made my life so much better and at last I didn't stick out in a crowd and could use a walking stick and not crutches. I visited again today for a further pair for the Autumn/Winter the service as before was very good kind and friendly nothing too much trouble. Thank you I cant stress enough how much better you have made my life. I will see you in the new year to see Your New summer range.Kathleen Howles

Fantastic service in Stratford Upon Avon today. I walked in and burst into tears after trying in 6 other shops to get shoes to fit my 12 yr old daughter who has special needs and very wide painful feet. They made me tea gave me hugs, calmed my daughter down and found shoes to fit her with no trouble at all. I would give them a 10 star rating with no hesitation. Thank you for saving me today.
All my life I've had huge problems with feet and shoes to fit them! Now I need shoes that will take not only my feet but monstrous insoles too. Then the shoes themselves need to be modified for me.
