I went in looking for a new contract, I was served by Emily and she was amazing. Got me a good deal on the phone I wanted and a price less then I was already paying
Disappointing! Called in for advice and upgrade.... staff busy and serving customers, but didn't acknowledge our being there or encourage us wait. In other 02 stores I have been told 'we will be with you soon' or similar acknowledgement. Generally 02 have been good and consistent, I hope this was a one off!
I walked in a few minutes before they shut and instead of shooing me away, they offered to help me and go through all the details I needed. Very easy-going group of staff who deliver service first.
I returned a phone because I was told that games were on there,they weren't. As I was already being served and decided to swap it for another,the previous man who sold me the other phone made a rude comment. He said "I hope there's games on this one." He needn't had said anything. I was already being attended to. The girl who served me had to keep asking for help,although the girl was polite,the only person who seemed to be of any help was the man who was helping her to help me. He knew what he was doing and his product knowledge was good. The girl was also going to leave my refund details lying around until i mentioned it before i left. Despite the goid service by the man who assisted the girl,i shan't be going there again
