We arrived after hours and the wonderful lady let us in! Such an incredible location and charming atmosphere. The proceeds go to those who are terminally ill and need care and support so you get an incredible selection of books and serve a remarkable cause! Must Go!
Superb used book store. Excellent variety, good quality books and good prices. Also can have coffee there. It is not far from the Shakespeare tourist attractions.
Great selection of secondhand books and it also has a small cafe which makes great cappuccinos and americanos for only 2. You can even sit outside al fresco and marvel at Stratford's oldest building, an ancient Tudor house called Mason's Court, which is just across the street. If you aren't in a hurry it's a great place to visit. It's just minutes away from the Rother Street Market, Old Town and Shakespeare's Birthplace house and not far from the Stratford Rail Station.
