My boyfriend and I went into store today and spoke to Stephen Casey, we have never been dealt with so professionally and efficiently. Looking for a car is always a stressful time for anyone however he put all of our doubts and worries to rest, his customer service is impeccable. He is an amazing asset to the team, most car sales people are quite obviously just interested in the sale however i think this was at the bottom of his priority as he was very interested and involved in helping us come to a decision and plan that we were comfortable with, he'd also apologised for how we'd been treated at another store even though this wasn't his fault at all. After visiting the store in my own town and being dealt with very differently he bought my hopes back up and listened to what was right for me and followed this through with an excellent outcome. We also met and spoke with the stores manager who was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure we were happy and also apologising on behalf of the other store. Visiting the Stratford eden branch is definitely worth the travel if you are looking for an excellent team to help you.
Picked up my new car off them this weekend. Everyone i spoke to were very polite and very helpful. Joe who I was dealing with was brilliant. Ryan and Ashley were very helpful in sorting out a great deal that suited my needs. The car was ready the following day for collection. Big thanks to everyone there
