Very friendly staff, but little forethought for the customer. The service pack leaves you feeling ripped off. Brake fluid not included in service .... why bother with the oil at this rate Im thinking!No call, just expect you to rebook for the work.Didnt even clean the car as they said they would, terrible! Wanted to charge for a courtesy car! Sums up the management!Never had any luck with Audi centres, the impression Ive had almost every time Ive used them for the last 8 years just gets poorer. If any one actually reads this I suggest a trip to a Sytner BMW dealer. I decided I wont go back to Audi months ago, and now this just reinforces my view.

Me and my wife visited Stratford Audi on a Sunday morning after my wife had found an A1 she liked on eBay,after arriving we were approached by a salesman called Gary who was very friendly.He asked if we needed any help and then proceeded to offer us the keys to the car to take a closer look.We purchase the vehicle in the end and from start to finish me and my wife were looked after and out at ease with the purchase.Would highly recommend.
