Everything went on perfect. Samuel was very helpful telling us where to go and what to visit. We returned the car one hour late, a little bit passed there closing time and there were no complaints... Samuel even drove us to the coach station...!
I booked a van well in advance and was told with one day to go they couldnt provide me with one. Went to an alternative outfit who were very enterprising and didnt let me down. Will not try again with this lot.

After visiting the shop to discuss requirements and get a quote turned up to pay and the price was 100 more than quoted. Requested a diesel estate, as I get very travel sick when being a passenger in a petrol. Collect car at 9am as agreed, had to wait 20 minutes - no big deal, but car was petrol and a hatchback! Resulting in not being able to take everything we had packed for our walking holiday in Scotland and I had to drive all the way there and back. Also no mats in the foot Wells! If they can't tell the difference between petrol and diesel won't be using them again.
