absolutely pathetic; turned up to be told that the computer had cancelled the booking. Customer services no help whatsoever.If you dont definitely require that vehicle and your plans are fluid, this is the place for you!
Hired a van from here, went to pick it up and it was a 5 seater with no room? Clearly when i booked it was a two seater van. Women at reception was of little help. Obviously van was no good for us... not sure who would order a van for a five seats? Now have to go through a lengthy process to get refund. Would certainly steer clear of here! Another hire company around the corner - Enterprise i can highly recommend.

Had a positive hertz experience at a German airport before but this time we hired locally.I paid for it upfront and my boyfriend had to drive. Then the lady at the office told us that the person who paid is also assumed the driver. Bad assumption Hertz! And not clear enough on your website. An ask before confirmingmy booking would be required.So we had to pay another tenner for an additional driver and additional charges were added which hertz couldnt explain to us. Too many hidden charges, charges noy clear.Never again!
