Recently booked online to have my MOT done at the Stratford on Avon branch. Booking online was brilliant and paid at the same time. Made a telephone call to the Autocentre to arrange dropping my car off. They were already aware of my online booking and were very friendly and accommodating. Car dropped off well before appointment and advised that I would receive a call once done and it would probably take 1hr and fifteen minutes. The gentleman was exactly right and I received a call exactly 1hr 15 mins after my appt. I collected my car and same receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly...he was a credit to your organisation. The whole experience was excellent, couldnt fault any aspect of it. Will definitely be using Halfords Autocentre again, thank-you!
I have used the Halfords Autocentre in Stratford on many occasions and am always very impressed with the speed and efficiency and also the customer service. I feel the staff are courteous and have good understanding and also are honest about if and when things needs replacing on my vehicle. I would highly recommend.

Had a really positive experience here in early Jan18, my car has awkward tyres which they sourced no problem, cheaper than the other big guys be default without having to haggle. I managed to forget my locking wheel nut which meant I was late and again no problem. Very friendly and didn't make any attempt to upsell me on things I didn't need!
Excellent service. They saved me a lot of money. I asked for the handbrake cable to be replaced but they did a brake check first to make sure it was necessary and the technician found that a simple and cheap adjustment was sufficient.
