Well organised outfit, I had my wheels balanced and asked them to checkout a puncture.Was expecting a 200+ bill for a new tyre but was pleasantly surprised that they patched the puncture (on a runflat). The balancing really sorted out the vibrations I was feeling...Waiting room nice and warm on a cold day.
They fitted the tires on the van ok but forgot to tell me that they had fitted them and finished went to lunch and left me sat in the waiting room waiting it was only the fact that I had noticed the van was not in the garage and outside that I investigated the finish
Great place to take your car. Nice waiting room with telly and free hot drinks that are decent. Very honest with appraisal of your car. Mine failed on a minor thing but I left with certificate one hour later because they worked really hard to put fault right and was as cheap as chips. The lady before me was treated in exactly the same way. I had advisories but I know exactly who I will go to, to get them sorted. This is the best auto centre in Stratford upon avon. I could not recommend them more
