My daughter had been in pain over Christmas with toothache and the practice kindly agreed to see her, during the holiday period, arranging an appointment for later the same day. The receptionists were very helpful over the phone and we received a warm welcome on our arrival. Mr Browne quickly diagnosed the problem and treated her accordingly.
(This does not reflect the practice as a whole just the service received of Andrew Browne) Came in for an emergency appointment to get the swelling on my face analysed and evaluated. I ended up leaving in more pain due to his tough man handling of the affected area. Then after hitting the affected tooth, for what I can only think to be for his entertainment. He then said Id need to drill a hole in My tooth and remove the infection, my response, and I quote no offence but Id rather be seen by my regular dentist as I feel more comfortable with him. His response was thank you for wasting my time, he is a very rude young man he mustve reinstated that at least 5 times. He then failed to tell me when I was rude and I had no apology. Again this is not a reflection on the practice just the treatment I reviewed from Andrew Browne.If youd like to be roughly treated and put in pain then verbally abused for choosing a treatment he offered then be my guest.

I was sent here from a 111 call from nhs following a very painful tooth I was soon seen the next morning and upon arrival it was a warm welcome from the reception staff I was seen by Andrew I think and must say he was very caring in providing the care for the pain And the best cause of action was a extraction so now im pain free so thank you so much to all the team helping me with the trouble tooth
