Made me wait 25 minutes for my first appointment, not a problem, I understand things can overrun. I was 10 minutes late for my next appointment due to an accident on the motorway and they wouldnt even see me.Even when they do see you, youre rushed in and out and the dentist cant wait to get you out the chair. Awful service, zero compassion.
Had to leave this review as have seen some negative feedback for this practice.I've been using this practice for 3 year's now, always professional, prompt, personable service.The whole process from booking appointments to recieving treatment and paying is simplicity itself.I can't recommend this practice highly enough, I'm lucky to be on their NHS quota.Well done to all of you at Tiddington.
Worst dentist ever, do not use, they have let down myself and my family down they have no compassion and took us off their books without telling us leaving me with no dentist when my children most needed one when they were in serious pain!
Had an emergency with a front tooth. Booked my appointment online - got confirmation text and email... just in case the next day I called up to confirm my appointment just to find out that my details are not in their system... First they offered me to book me in as I pay over the phone, then they said that since I am new patient the doctor will not see me for 15 minutes because they need 20 minutes for new patients.... then the offer was to see the doctor privately with a starting charge of 60 and then pay aditionally for any work done. I am highly disappointed... Every self respecting clinic would see a patient in case of an emergency!!!
