Great service, unlike the usual business park retailers; Home of the Sofa provide a personal service and work with you. No bother at all with the numerous visits my partner made to the store before making her final decision. We've not had delivery of our new sofa and chair yet, but I'd happily recommend - in fact, we already have; and they've also had a great experience.
Great customer service and a fantastic product! So very comfortable and very stylish! From the moment we walked into the store we received friendly and insightful advice about how the sofas are constructed, the differences in the quality of the fabrics and so on. The team made such an impression that we decided we wanted a high quality product and that is what was delivered. Great communication throughout and the customer service was second to none, especially faced with a tricky delivery (over which the greatest of care was taken). Home of the Sofa offer great quality sofas, and exceptional service. I ordered two sofas, both bespoke to fit my sitting room. Rachel and Clive did everything possible to ensure I was happy, encouraging me to sit on showroom sofas for long periods of time, suggesting I take the fabric book home, explaining the different type of cushion fillings available, plenty of coffee, and friendly relaxed general chats about anything that took my fancy. These guys are passionate about their business, and quickly gained my trust.Delivery was made by Clive himself, on a weekend morning.
