Fantastic service. We have had carpets and kitchen floor fitted. The finished look is amazing and we are thrilled with the results. The service has been excellent throughout. I highly recommend sofas and beyond.
Well priced carpets, however they forgot to book in a measure up, by the time they did, they had ran out of the carpet they were suppose to have in stock, which they did replace to a very slightly higher carpet f.o.c for us due to their error. They were advised the old carpets would need to be taken up and removed from site. The fitters left the old carpets outside in the rain, I called to advise, expecting a helpful member to apologise and sort. However an extremely rude and unhelpful sales man (Who had forgotten to order and measure up the carpet), decided it was appropriate to rudely tell me it was not their responsibility, even though prior agreed before. Bearing in mind our calmness to the continue screw up's on their part, I have never received an apology for any of the process, as a local business owner myself and having refurbished several properties as our company every year, I understand customer service from staff members can not always be the owners fault, however giving them the opportunity to respond in writing and hearing nothing, I think it is only right to advise others. Which is a shame as we had a huge amount of business to give them. Remember, the old saying of you get what you pay for is true, if you want a cheap price go here, but if you want customer service avoid at all cost!
Helpful, but not pushy service. Good choice of quality sofas.
Having had a bad experience at one of the larger furniture retailers it was a breath of fresh air to walk into sofas and beyond. From start to finish my experience was excellent, I was kept up to date with the delivery of my sofa and am currently sitting on my electric reclining leather sofa drinking a glass of red wine! The comfort and quality is superb. I would thoroughly recommend this store for their service & quality. Thanks Lisa & the team!
Excellent store with very competitive prices. Small store the makes the most of its space. Furniture available in different fabrics. Just revived my sofa and I'm in love with it. Have ordered a chair now. And considering carpets.
