One of the best and most rewarding Boot Camps that you will take part in. Fantastic atmosphere produced by the instructors and the members.

Physical training you will enjoy, all fitness levels are catered, something different and a real enjoyable experience with great instructors. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness or looking for something different in 2016!

Great place to get fit and make friends - a real team atmosphere and the results have been amazing. Run by the highest qualified Personal Trainers in the Midlands and all ex forces - they know what they are doing!
