We had a really lovely visit here, the staff were friendly and the cats are great! Really nice to see how happy and relaxed the cats are, and we got lots of fusses. Would definitely visit again!
Awwww what a treat! The food was delicious and we were impressed that they catered for vegan and gluten free members of our party. The cats were very cute, if somewhat sleepy.
I love love love love this place! The cats are really cute and sleep next to you or on the tables. The food is quite good although there isnt a massive selection. They also have a good range of drinks like hot chocolate or cocktails. The design of the place is very sweet but is a little small and a bit dark downstairs. I dont mind this though, it makes it cosy. I was a little disappointed in the number of cats. I was hoping there would be more but realistically theres not enough space. The cats there were lovely but not super interested in people. There are toys everywhere you can use to play with the cats though. Overall I love this Place and would recommend to anyone especially an animal lover. Make sure you book ahead of time though.
First time visiting Shakespaw and absolutely loved it. Staff very accommodating - I'm a fussy eater so sent a message on Facebook few days before whether it's possible to have plain chicken, which they went out and got for me and someone else in my party. The cats are delightful to watch as they run around and play. Definitely come back again soon. Gets quite busy so advisable to book in advance. The hot chocolate is amazing I must add!
A truly purrfect afternoon out. The cats are adorable (Bottom features in the photo I've uploaded, and he very much suits his name!), and the coffee is fantastic. Add onto that a very friendly, welcoming and hard working staff and you've got a great cafe to hang out in. I'll definitely be returning
