Lots of treats to enjoy while having afternoon tea. Excellent service and ambiance. We had a great time and would definitely come back.
Fabulous breakfast and very nice tea to accompany it. The decor and memorabilia made it more of an experience. But the highlight was being attended to by the lovely ladies in costume, it was like my Nan doing my brekkie.
Wonderfully atmospheric tea rooms in 1940's style. Waitresses dress the part. Huge selection of teas, coffees also available. Light meals and impressive selection of cakes available. Very busy when we visited but we still had a warm greeting and efficient service. The lemon drizzle cake was excellent.
Charming tea rooms with friendly staff. The food doesn't quite have the quality you would expect: bread is quality sliced rather than handmade, salads are bagged rather than garden fresh. Good but not great.
Amazing Gluten-free scones, the best I have ever had!I even asked for the recipe, the waitress was very obliging and gave me a copy.I will definitely try this at home.Being gluten-free is very hard to find somewhere and something for me to eat when I am out for the day. It was a most pleasant experience whilst out Christmas shopping.Thank you!
