Avoid if you don't like incompetence and lies. After initially being lied to about the fact that my new polo had a faulty seatbelt, I have now discovered that my address was entered incorrectly, meaning any communication on my account has been sent to the wrong address. I have now have a damaged credit score due to the incompetence of these so called professionals.
We have just bought a used Polo as a second car. No trade-in so not able to comment on that element but the whole process from initial contact (I arrived on spec hoping to view a couple of cars) through test drive, explanation of options, agreeing final price, to final handover, was pleasant, easy and thorough. Adriano was our contact and we really can't fault him at all. When the time came for us to make a decision about buying the car he left us to discuss it on our own, returning once it became obvious we had reached a conclusion. At no point did we feel under any pressure to buy this, or any other car. At hand-over time everything was explained well, again with no rush. In all a positive experience.
Customer service at its best as you'd expect from VW. Craig at Listers was very helpful and went out of his way to get my new car to me after I was unable to travel down. He made my experience of buying my new car a very nice and happy one, no stresses. Thanks Craig!
All the staff were really helpful and friendly. They didnt pressure me into any decisions and answered all my questions promptly. When I found a car I liked they made every effort to get it to me quickly I love my new car and am very happy!
Went to look at a car on Sunday, spoke with Joe who was fantastic and extremely helpful all afternoon. Deposit paid and left very happy. Last thing I expected was a call today being told the car was sold on Friday. Poor communication internally in my view as this is extremely important information that everyone needs to be aware of.I have now had to go through the hassle of amending my insurance AGAIN!!! Cancelling orders for extras and starting back at square one!!!
