Great range of cardio and free-weights. Always lots of organised classes, if that's your thing. Clean, easy parking and 24hrs access.

I love it. After first 3 days, I am thinking why I delayed joining the gym. Open 24 hours, friendly staff, plenty of space and 3 multigym equipments excluding heavy weight section. Best part is classes like Dance fit, Circuits and many more for stamina, strength and body toning. Peak time 5pm to 7pm.
