Poor quality lettings agent who we constantly had to hound to have repairs done and work attended to including major bathroom work.Nicola is really quite bizarre. Tenancy checks always consisted of her arriving in an Audi TT and thoroughly, thoroughly checking the condition of the built-in oven. Savilles were never quite as thorough in their response or actions though.
