Dreadful buying experience. Never carried out what was promised, hounded solicitors, and advice given appeared spurious to say the least. Avoid!
This is from a tenants perspective. Property particulars did not match property. I have no idea how old the photos were. This was a higher end property but carpets worn . Dated en suite with rust marks. Paint peeling off pipes outside, faded decking. Garden had features missing. Agent viewing property with us showed disinterest and could not understand why I thought property was tired .Based our suitability to rent on a "verbal referrence " which I was advised by our current landlord was actually due to his estate manager "gossiping "to staff at sbk. Highly unprofessional. To add insult to injury the home owner subsequently pulled out of deal so we lost a house to rent. Not only that but sbk have advised that they will not deal with us in the future. All this based on a old boys network "chat" . Highly ethical sheldon bosley knight. Oh and BTW because our landlord got wind that we were moving he then gave us 2 months notice to leave. Make your own mind up!
Very good agency and would highly recommend this to my friends trying to find a property. The maintenance team are very good too!
