It's a nice place quite interesting The gardens are lovely and well worth a visit The house is quite small but it is interesting and some great guides give a very informed view of how things were in the day They are very enthusiastic They have a gift shop which is well stocked They only let a small number into the house at anytime so there maybe a bit of a wait at busy times

The property is very small. You can visit the small garden and the house in 40 minutes. The house is divided into two parts: the original one and the new one. They preserved many original objects as well as the floor, although some other features were added to recreate the living conditions.

It's out the way compared the other tourist must see such as Shakespeare's birthplace, Shakespeare's new place, Guildhall and Hall's Croft but the but it's decent and a worth a visit nonetheless especially if you brought the full story ticket. If you walk there from the centre it a decent walk on the way especially as you get near to the cottage.

Fantastic place! we were there about a year ago and loved it, it's still beautiful even in winter! it was great to soak up the history, we have nothing like this in new Zealand! we're just not an old enough, great to see it so well looked after.

Very nice place. In spring and summer garden is very beautiful. Even in winter time Anne Hathaway's Cottage it is worth to visit. Many tourist leaving that house as a last attraction from The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, but to be honest after all day of exploring they are tired and do not pay atention to it. In my opinion it is good to visit only two places at one time - ticket is valid 12 months, so there is plenty of time for exploration.
