A nice addition to the Shakespeare collection of buildings. Some wonderful costumes and interesting medical history too.

If we are in Stratford upon Avon, probably we want to see Shakespeare's places, and this house is one of them, where his sister lived with her family. Not a big house, so an hour or so is enough to walk around, there is a small collection of interesting stuffs, especially the anatomy part. Easy to find if we follow the road from Shakespeare's New place, just a 5-10 minutes walk. In every famous house we can buy a full story ticket which allows us to go around all the 5 places belong to the trust. Also, they are partner with Tesco, so I used some of my Tesco vouchers to get discounted ticket, which valid for a year, so I would be happy to go back this year again, as in November Mary Ardens Farm was closed and in the lack of time I also missed Anne Hathaway;s cottage.

Enjoyed visiting this well preserved house. Very informative staff on hand, very helpful. Well worth a visit.

Very well preserved, containing lovely antique furniture. The cafe's decent. The highlight though was the really informative and friendly receptionist. A pleasant garden adds to the benefits of visiting this house.

Excellent and very well preserved example of an Elizabethan middle class home. Really knowledgeable staff who made us feel very welcome. Fantastic gardens and reasonably priced coffee shop. Best to buy a whole story ticket and see all Shakespeare sites
