Second visit here, so interesting, nice cafe, friendly staff. Will be visiting again.....
We had been here a couple of years ago and there was a large and eclectic display of artefacts. Sadly this has diminished to a fascinating display on Churchill, one display case on commandos and the tail end section of a Wellington. Very much diminished to what it used to be. Disappointed.
Not a lot of armoury, but a most interesting place. Very informative room devoted to Winston Churchill. Discovered many new things about him. Lovely tea room, and lots of knickknacks you can buy, worth a visit.
Lovely setting, in open countryside accessed along a country lane. Converted farm building with welcoming cafe nice range of little gift stalls and a quirky museum. Worth the trip.
Small museum based on a private collection that is very diverse. There are a few stalls selling curios and tourist items. Good cafe selling all day breakfast and Cakes etc.
