Me and my wife had a cream tea as a Christmas present witch we were looking forward to first thing they ask is have you paid your parking witch was three pounds , then got told go into dinning room and pick a table so we did first coffee came out no milk so we were left to wait, then food came out which was ok then waiter came over to take tray away before we'd finished had to stop him and that was the last we saw of anyone we were left on our own didn't even get asked about fondue so after 20 minutes wait we just left
Value for money this hotel is exceptional. But, parking is added to the bill and breakfast is a whopping 15.00 so if you're on a budget, beware. Location and cleanliness excellent. Sadly there's not a lift, so if you're arthritic like us, prepare for a climb.

Good value but the hotel is a little tired. The room was dusty but functional. Staff were helpful and receptive. We were in room 202 which was just above the bar room area so it was very noisy until 11pm.
Nice place a little dated on the hotel side but more than adequate. Staff seemed very over worked but still managed to serve with a smile Place was very busy too I guess what is a good thing. Food was very very good and well priced. Sunday morning service for breakfast was very very slow heard a couple of complaints. An older lady and a bit older man were on service and think there was too much for them to coupe. We would definitely stay here again tho. It's nicely located and surrounding area was pleasant enough too.
