Luxurious room. Amazing helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Fantastic food. Our 3rd visit here and never disappointed. Can't wait to go back
Really excellent hotel. Had a great experience staying here from start to finish. An extremely friendly welcome at reception followed by being shown to my room which was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Every detail was of a very high standard from Chromecast built into the TV to the coffee machine and high-end toiletries in the immaculate bathroom. Most importantly I suppose I also had a very comfortable night's sleep. The great service continued through to a very nice breakfast and smooth check-out. I've stayed in about half a dozen hotels in Stratford-upon-Avon and this is by far the best - for staff, for cleanliness, for detail and for comfort.
Our weekend break started well when staff upgraded our room to the Perrier Julet. I can't think of anything that wasn't provided...and yes, we made the most of everything!! Breakfast was included and enjoyable. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.
