Very pleasant location adjoining canal. Very nice staff. Always a good welcome. Delightful place. One of our favourites. Short walk to town centre. Good for young children. Our boys love Stratford and the hotel.
Great stay, nice quiet room.Reception & bar staff very friendly. Puts a few of the other hotels in the area to shame. 100% value for money!
Really nice place. The staff were excellent, the rooms were quiet and comfortable and the bar seemed to stay open forever (which was useful for our family birthday). Short walk into Stratford to the sights and pubs/restaurants. Highly recommended.
Excellent room. Clean. Helpful, polite and pleasant staff. An easy 5-10 min walk from centre of town. Set next to a pleasant canal.5 min walk from Railway station.Will use this Premier Inn again when we return
My absolute favourite hotel among those Premier Inn the the UK, that I stayed with (about 20 different Premier Inns in the UK, this year). Located in a beautifl town with perfect surroundings. Very nice - the canal with the swan family and those longboats. Sufficient space for parking, while the parking charges can be put on the hotel bill. Had a very good time at the restaurant, both times I stayed there, this year (June and September).The staff has been very kind, caring and attentive! Unfortunately, I cannot give 6 stars to this hotel. With pleasure again in 2019! :-)
