I cannot fault this hotel (and I can be somewhat fussy). It delivers what it promises and is in a good location for easy and quick access to the RSC theatre. What, however, makes this such a pleasant and good value place to stay are the people who work here and of all the Premiere Inns at which I've stayed the restaurant (particularly the breakfast) has been the best. There is easy 'drop off' parking directly across the road from the hotel so use this if you have a lot of luggage then use the nearby multistorey car park for over night parking. Reception is on the third floor but there is a lift to get you up there of you have problems with the stairs (this lift, however, is painfully slow so have a book with you!).
Very nice hotel friendly welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and polite. Bedroom is large and clean. Free WiFi lovely hot shower... Breakfast was lovely large selection of hot and cold food.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfy. Also the staff were very helpful.
Another excellent stay at this very central hotel. Despite its strange maze of corridors which make some rooms a real chore to get to the location of the hotel makes it a very worthwhile choice. Clean rooms with the usual comfy premier inn beds. Highly recommend.
First of all, a fantastic location for seeing this town. Generally I don' t think you can go wrong with a Premier Inn for the price. You know what you are going to get, and this place didn't disappoint. The room was fine with no issues at all. I love their breakfasts; the buffet is just fab, the coffee spot on. On my last morning it was very quiet so the buffet had been cancelled but the staff were great at taking the order and still offered the choice of "eat as much as you want". Overall the staff here were all really friendly on my dealings with them, and were always helpful. If visiting Stratford Upon Avon this would be an ideal place to stay.
