Very welcoming, the staff are lovely.The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfasts are cooked well and there is also cereal, fruit, yogurt and juice.A cosy place to visit only about a mile from the centre of Stratford on Avon.Would highly recommend.

A lovely guest house. Our room was great with everything you needed, the tea tray had a great selection. The whole room was very clean and the bathroom immaculate and very nice fixtures and fittings.The breakfast was amazing with good quality products and cooked to perfection, there is also plenty of cold choices.It is about a 15 - 20 mins walk to the centre of Stratford and also on the local bus route. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anybody.Thank you Penryn Guest House for a lovely 2 night stay.
