Arrived to find that the normal freedoms that a guest should have were not available ie: I could not have food in the room and I could not have an iron in the room. These limitations were not listed on the booking app. The kettle was not in plain sight so I called to ask and got a response with an annoyed tone. Given that, I addressed the professionalism or lack of; the host told me that other guests didn't have a problem with it and continued I with a load of selfish excuses as to why (personal problems) and finally was told I could cancel but would have to pay. Totally unreasonable given the fact I expressed that the hosts demeanor made me feel unwelcomed. I learned they are friendly until I a problem arises.

What a really good quality bed and breakfast in Stratford upon Avon. Lots of really nice touches. Very handy for the theatre and centre. Brilliant breakfast. The couple who own it are very friendly and helpful. First class bed and breakfast and very recommended.
